Wherever you go...

...there you are. I like this map. When I took the screen shot, these little icons showed the location of recent visitors to my blog. Since I have not traveled in awhile, I enjoy virtually visiting all those different locations. If you have a minute, why not tell me where you're coming from. Stamp my passport, as it were.

Austin, Texas. Y'all.
I visit most days. I admire you as a writer/editor, and love reading "about" someone who is so very comfortable in their own skin.

Hey, baby! I love L.A., too! And I think I've been to Austin... I'm trying to remember. I know I was in Dallas for a convention. But I feel as if I was in a microbrewery in Austin that was also a theatre. Does that sound familiar? Love it when you say hello, LD!

I'm thinking you were here for a South By Southwest panel......and that you ended up at the Alamo Drafthouse. If at some point you end up here again, margaritas are on me.

Carlsbad, Ca.

Margaritas are on you? Does that mean I get to lick salt off your rim?

I mean, the rim. The rim. I'd say I get my pronouns mixed up, but the is an article. Heh.

Hi to Carlsbad! You weren't shaken up by an earthquake today, were you?

Oh, wow! New places to visit! I've never been to Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland. Now, where did I put my passport?

Those maps put me in Shreveport - Bossier, but truthfully I'm further down the 1-20 strip. Closer to Monroe, ya know? Either way, I'm still in the land of La. (The other LA.) ^_^

I'm in London, opposite the birthplace of the Romantic Poet, John Keats.

"I met a lady in the meads,
Full beautiful - a faery's child,
Her hair was long, her foot was light,
And her eyes were wild."

I appear to be the lone icon north of the 49th parallel, outstanding in my field (sorry prairie humour) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I enjoy the frankness of your blogs, sharing every aspect of your life from work to love to fashion sense (finally someone else who understands that fishnets are not just for Halloween). Even before I stumbled across your blog I enjoyed your writing - His, Hers, Sticky Fingers, With or Without You, and Learning to Love it are all on my keeper shelf. Here's hoping that you'll someday make it up to speak in Western Canada - the Canadian Rockies are truly a sight to see.

Hi Cora, J., and Cat!

I like that, Cora. The "other" L.A. :)

I'm envious, J. Or jealous. I can't remember which. I adore London!

And Cat—thank you for putting me on your keeper shelf!

Fairbanks, Alaska!! Love your blog... try to read it as often as I can. I am fairly new to your work, but I can't take my eyes from it! I just wish I could find your books up here!! Much love from the frozen north.
