What You've All Been Waiting For (Redux)

Have you been waiting to see this? Have you been on the edge of your seat? I have! Here is the gorgeous, unbelievably beautiful, bow-down-to-the-illustrator cover for With This Ring, I Thee Bed, my second collection for Harlequin.

This book was a long time coming. Let me tell you. Back in the day (as Eliza always says), I pitched a wedding collection to Cleis—who passed. Then along came my best man Mike Kimera, who whispered this glorious title in my ear. I had the pitch all set. I slid the manuscript into a brand-new dress, snapped on her garter, and sent her to Harlequin, who welcomed her at the altar with open arms. Then I tossed the bouquet to the writers, who responded brilliantly.

I'll post the line-up this week. But I wanted you all to ooh and ahh at a cover that makes my heart go pitter-patter.

XXX,
Alison

So dreamy and softly sexy! I love that blue. And I love how Harlequin are developing a very distinct AT style with these covers. Congrats on another winner!

Well that's a beautiful cover! Silhouettes all the way! I love how it complements the fairy tale collection, even though it's a different artist. Nice work.

Wow. That's so unusual! I can't wait to see it in print. It's really going to stand out on bookshelves. The design reminds me of a Wedgewood keepsake, really special and memorable, which is so perfect for the theme.
