The Big Book of Bondage (I got your TOC right here) is due to come out on January 15, 2013. But guess what? The Kindle edition already came out... on December 24th. Yup. I missed my own release. How did I do that? No effing clue.
Even more exciting, Kristina Lloyd just let me know that The Big Book of Bondage received a rave review by Kathleen Bradean on Erotica Revealed! Ms. Bradean says:

The funny thing is, I had a negative reaction to the "slut-shaming" part of this post, because that's something I actively work against...then I just replaced it with "humiliation play" in my head and everything was ok. Funny how we pick and choose our trangressive taboos.
(that really needs to go into a song lyric).

Thank you for your comments. I had never heard the term "slut-shaming" previously, and I honestly thought it meant — "oooh, you're such a naughty slut" — but I've learned the term has much darker connotations (although there aren't really darker connotations in the book).
I like your replacement a lot, and I am all ready to listen to a song called "Transgressive Taboos." :)
